Don Hendrickson, identified as a member of the executive team behind Trump Mobile, recently engaged with a journalist before abruptly ending communication, according to a report published by The Verge.
Hendrickson had previously been positioned alongside Pat O’Brien and Eric Thomas during the company's June 2025 announcement at Trump Tower, where the executives claimed collectively "hundreds of years" of mobile industry experience.
This recent interaction occurred after the journalist found a connection linking Hendrickson to Liberty Mobile Wireless LLC, which public terms of use indicate powers the Trump Mobile network.
Using a Liberty Mobile email address, the journalist inquired about the T1 Ultra, a rumored, more powerful second-generation Trump phone, prompting a swift response from Hendrickson.
Less than two hours after receiving the initial contact, Hendrickson confirmed the intent to bring the T1 handset to market, stating, "I think it’s about time we let our voice be heard."
However, according to the reporting, this single affirmative reply, sent over a week prior to the report’s publication, remains the sole substantive communication received from anyone officially connected to Trump Mobile.
Subsequent emails sent to Hendrickson have reportedly gone unanswered, mirroring the silence encountered when contacting the company’s official press addresses over the previous five months.
The incident highlights the opaque operational status of Trump Mobile, leaving questions about the executive team's commitment to public disclosure and the actual timeline for any new hardware release.
