Adobe to Cease Sales of Animate Software on March First
Adobe announced it will discontinue sales of its 2D animation software, Adobe Animate, effective March first, citing the rise of newer platforms better suited to current user needs. Existing customers retain access until 2027, though many industry professionals express concern over the sunsetting of the long-standing tool.
